Troubleshooting

Depth analysis says “No depth available”

Try “Retry/Reload analysis”. If the photo has no embedded depth, Depth uses on‑device AI; very small or heavily compressed images can reduce quality.

Export fails or is very slow

Check available disk space, try 1080p first, then 4K. Closing other heavy apps can help on older Macs.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

In the Pro screen, use “Restore Purchases”. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store account).
